May stay at Surrey has been the worst experience I have ever had in an apartment. Roach infested, poor management, poor maintenance, and poor customer service. Here's the scoop: I walked into my apartment about this time last year. It was freshly painted and looked really nice. As the year took course, the smell of the old began to seap through the walls and carpeting. The painted stove began to peel. The air conditioning has worked for three weeks out of an entire year of being there! All summer motorcycles race up and down Penn. Ave. Unbelievable!!! Don't do it!
