Where do I start...we'll first I truley agree with all, managements sucks, their soley purpose their is to collect rent and lease vaccant units other then that their are non-existing. It took me two months to get a copy of my lease and I'm still waiting for maintenance to make repairs to my master bathroom. Either they are incompetent with their skills or they can't follow simply direction according to describtion. Neither the less, its been six months and I still refuse to used my shower due to mold build-up and the feeling that I need to wear flip-flops like I'm at a public pool. Secondly, the insulation and the floors are in terrible conditions. Crackling of the floors, slamming of the doors, and sexual sounds coming from units above and adjunct is unbearable. Sleepless nights and early wake-ups, what I would due for comfort...can't wait until my lease expires. I truley believe that you or your children should not be subjectived to sexaul sounds coming from other units. Shout out to the groundmans..their the best thing Surrey has going on.

Management,really need to pay attetion to these comments.That is why you look around the complex people are movig left to right. The rent is two hight for what their giving. Get your act together please!!!!!!!

Well hopefully your kids dont know that they are sexualy sounds... And as far you maybe you werent getting any!
