We had trouble from that start with them. We had to wait 2 days for a Refrigerator to put IN the apartment, then the stove leaked gas and they HAD to fix that. The Balcony door needed fixing a lot, along with the blinds they provided.

We also had the Heating and AC unit catch on FIRE!!! Luckily this place was like it was, and the HVAC door was broken, so we were able to put out the fire without calling Maintenance to open the door. It then took them over a MONTH to fix the HVAC unit. Their excuse was "We didn't know which apartment had to be replaced with the HVAC unit." Oh, and the month on when that unit caught on fire was the end of March beginning of April. It was cold back in 2003 that year, and we had to use blankets and a small heater in order for us to be warm.

The only good thing that came out of that was 1 month FREE rent because our HVAC unit was busted due to FIRE damage inside the HVAC unit itself and didn't involve the inside of the apartment at all (thank goodness).
