I lived in Surrey Square for 2 years in bldg 6212. I didn't have any MAJOR problems. The walls are very thin though. Everytime the man downstairs yawned in the morning I heard it! I knew their routine better than they knew mine. The only irritating thing I'd have to say is the guest parking. You get one visitor pass and then god forbid you have more than one guest AFTER 10:00 pm they have to park all the way in the front. Big D's Towing did not play! They may need to do some minor upgrades b/c I had god awful wood paneling in my apt, it was dated and an eye sore! Overall, my experience there was good. No bugs or rodents, no thugs loitering. I did feel safe when I came home late at night, I would recommend these apts to whomever is looking for a pleasant living experience. They are a lil pricey though.
