I lived here for 1 yr and I must say in the beginning everything was fine I like how the apt was set up and everything but after the first month I noticed that the lock on my door kept coming off and I had to keep screwing it in. then the electical outlets was always falling off. During the summer months I basically had no a/c and everytime they came to fix it, it worked for about 1 wk then it was out again. Finally the maintenance said they have a problem with a/c units on all top floors. Later on I was told that the circuit was burned out and had to be replaced which took 2 wks to be fixed. I had a mice problem that seemed to never go away no matter how many times I had the exterminator come and bomb my place and put in mouse traps. As for heat during the winter months I had a problem there also, the vents never allowed enough heat to travel to the back rooms so they were always cold. Then after you call them regularly then they take their time to come and resolve or fix anything. They didnt fix my lock until 3mths before I left. I advise if your gonna rent here please review your other options carefully first.
