I've been here for about a month......i live in building 6106.....I have no major problems with this community so far....but the entrance gate never works..so anyone can come thru....i moved in with no screen door on my balcony and was told that they were being ordered, and still don't have one as of yet....maintanence is pretty fair...but not excellent....and believe it or not, there are NOOOOOOO Roaches in my apartment at all......alot of kids in the community and people take advantage of their balcony....they get pretty loud at night....other than that....i have no problem with surrey square

---- THAT... U not gonna get no screen for the next 7 months we moved in in april and if I would'nt have went to the rental office early and often acting like an ass i still would'nt have any screen the maintenance men are DRUNKS all they do is sit in the van and get drunk or that ugly ass old car.... Fai is a ----- as someone already stated and Alicia never comes to work BIG ass cockroaches come in when they want and absolutly nothing on our move in list has been fixed...... I'M TRAPPED FOR A YEAR THEN I'M OUT... so if u like living somewhere nothing gets done come here.... Oh u have to pay for your pool passes and NO ONE PUTS THEIR TRASH IN THE TRASH CAN THEY SIT IT BY THE DOOR.....
