We've been here for about 3 months and we are already ready to move. This community has some nice size apartments but a very poor and lazy maintenance team who don't fix ---- and when they do it's never done right. When we moved in we didn't have a toilet seat in either bathroom, the shower curtain rod was missing and we didn't have a bathroom door. There is caked up paint everywhere. They just paint over everything instead of replacing things and the drywall looks ------ everywhere. Visible lumps in the wall, heat/ac vents falling, but painted to keep up. We are still waiting for them to fix major issues that we had upon moving in. We couldn't even get out of our apt a few times because the front door continuously jammed and they finally replaced it about 3 weeks ago. Now wit the new door we can't see out the peep hole. They just can't get anything right here. These are nice sized apts, but you have to have patience. I don't. They have pissed me off. This place needs a serious make over and renovation from the cheap laminate counter tops to the seriously out of date white 1970's style cabinets. Been here 3 months and counting down the days til our one year lease is up. Be warned. Don't be fooled by the model like we were. They ------- suck here.

Hi prices for shabby apts and kids running around loud everywhere and it's the winter. I wonder how it will be in the summer. People smoking weed on their balconies and the walls are paper thin. We can here a fart from upstairs. They sound like giants walking around upstairs. You can here every foot step and voices. Very disturbing with the people we have upstairs who walk all damn night.

Surrey Square sucks. This place is ghetto. The majority of the residents are ignorant, loud and on welfare. Maintenance and management is totally unprofessional. All should beware of moving here.

I feel for you my friend. I only have 3 months left on my year lease and I am out of here! Like you, I don't have patience either, but I think the man in heaven calmed me down because I was ready to break my lease. Now the time has come for me to start packing....thank God. I have people walking over my head also, and yes the walls are thin. The apartments are a nice size but I can't stay here any longer. The office staff is ghetto. And I can't stand Faye (the manager). You all have issues, Well maybe you are the one is ghetto. You choose were you want to live. Good luck were you move to.... As a resident I have been living here for 6 years with no problem.
