First of all I would like to say Surrey Square Apartments is the best location in Forestville, Md. I moved here out of state didn't know anything about these apartments. I meet with Ms. Smith and Dante they took me on a tour of the model, laundry room and my apartment home that I had rented. I must say they both was very pleasure, they made me feel at home. You both keep up the good work.

I agree with anonymous. I lived there from 1999-2004. I always paid my rent on time. This was the worst place I ever lived. I make a good salary and decided I do not have to put up with this trifling crap. I bought a house and pay less and don't have to put up with the drama.

iagree i gave them good ratings tehn on mve out they kept 756 dollars of my ddepsoit for a few stains on the carpet. That cheap carpet wouldnt even cost that much to replace

More than likely it was someone in the rental office. Its a shame that they have to stoop that low to try to make this awful place look good. But the property speaks for itself.

Wow, it appears that the tenants listed above are not happy tenants. You may want to redirect that energy like one of the tenants and find yourself a community that will meet your needs. It takes too much energy to complain....Do you agree? Life is always based on chooses.

Yall should feel sorry for me i live in some pinewood chase they are so tryfling. I didnt have no celing or walls for 2 whole weeks. then the property manager goin say its ok for yur kids to live there with that meldew smell and no celing i said wont yhu bring yur kids here to live here and see how it is. my kids had to go with my mom and i had to with a friend. My dog and cat had to go with my sister. we had to evacuate. and i had to call the fire depatment over here because we had like 10 leaks and one of them was in the utility closet. it was leaking into the a/c and i thought it was goin to catch on fire. the whole right side had leaks then 3 weeks later the left side had leaks. we got a cat cause the have mice. and these big roaches. My neigbor down stairs had a pool in her kitchen because of the leak. the maitneance men dont do excpet sit around and smoke. And some of dem on crack wtf. My grandmother dat live in the other part of pinewood chase caught 6 mice in 1 week. they on the bottom floor so everytime it rain their house flood. and the maintance men dont even do nothin. somebody broke in their house and ramsacked took all their money and the property manager darron lemon head ass aint even move den to higher floor. dis is all da stuff my family and neighbors go through and this is wat i go through. somebody was livin in the laundry room and in the vaccant apartments i was scared as a mug i called the police
