I am a soon to be mother and i am so tired of looking for apts. I came across Surrey Square and was quite impressed from what i saw. I just want to know the HONEST TRUTH about the neighborhood, car theft, and ROACHES, MICE, OR SPIDERS! I do realize that YOU CANT CONTROL HOW YOUR NEIGHBORS LIVE. You can have the cleanest apt and your neigbors can be so disgusting where u start to get insects. So can someone please give me an honest opinion so that i can make a decision.

Looks are very deceiving. I have a co-worker who lives at Surrey Square Apartments and she is not satisfied. She is planning to move ASAP. My sister is an ex-tenant there from four years ago and she moved from that complex for various reasons. Please take a minute and read the reviews written by other tenants and it should not be hard to make a your choose. Believe me you are not really going to find much in PG County. Good luck!

I agree. Looks are very deceiving. I moved from Surrey Square in September. It was the absolute WORST. Maintenance and Management are horrible. They DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS! Please do more research. Surrey Square IS NOT the place for you and your unborn. Please continue to look. I wish you the best of luck.

Thank you both for your responses. But is there anything inparticular that you can tell me about the apts such as the problems you've had? I have a family member who used to stay there and she like it. I need 2 move asap but I don't wanna rush and regret it. An do u have any apts that you can recommend?
