Move here at your own risk From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Parking: Adequate if you only have yourself to worry about. Don't expect to entertain friends. Noise: Other tenants usually don't bother me, but the window in the bedroom facing the street may as well not be there. The wall insulation is pretty good, but the floor/ceiling lets some noise through. Grounds: Snow removal consists of a (poorly) plowed strip down the center of the parking lot. Grass cover is inadequate in some places. Safety: The alarm system installed was failure-prone. If the power went out, you got a visit from the Police. However, the contract was not renewed this year, so you'll have to pay to have one put in. Maintenance: Work done is usually adequate, but takes forever to get done. Office Staff: Courteous, but not very helpful.
