You would be ABSOLUTELY crazy to move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Geez, I don't know where to begin. I guess by saying NEVER make any kinds of mistakes. Take your time with EVERY thing you do and make copies of all requests, complaints,etc. If anything is broken, be prepared to wait at least a couple of weeks before it gets repaired. Also, do be surprised if you have found that maintenance uses YOUR stuff to make the repairs. And lets not mention the fact the the lease is just a waste of paper and something to take up your time and get your signature. Believe you me they definitely don't abide by it. Oh I forgot to mention, don't forget your gas mask. I complained about gas smells several times while pregnant. Maintenance came out but the problem was not repaired until about the 4th or 5th complaint. Oh and by the way, when I was looking at this apartment I was told the whole stove and oven would be replaced because it was rusted and worn out. To date, it is still in the same spot. The office staff' Do we even want to go there! They are very friendly and helpful in the beginning until they get you in there. Once you are there, it is OVER! The rudeness, disrespect and ignorance come out of some of them. Make sure they previous tenants' account is cleared before you hand over any money. If not, oh boy the fun begins. Everything is public knowledge. The office has no tact whatsoever. The entire building is aware of what is going on with you.
