Potomac Hgts fooled me at first. The day of our move-in, we found out that one of the women in the rental office FORGOT to have our apartment ready for us. They then tried to tell us to wait an additional 5 days to receive our apt, although we had already turned our keys in from the old place. After me letting them know that it was unacceptable, they found us another apt, that was severely infested with spiders and white worm like creatures that lived in our carpet. We found mushrooms growing out of our carpet, huge mushrooms. From Dec '01 throughout the winter months we had no heat, then for most of the summer we had no A/C. We had two pipes that burst, one in our walk-in closet and the other in our bathroom ceiling. The burst pipe caused a massive hole in our ceiling making it difficult to bathe. Parking is horrible and the women in the rental office show that they completely lack any professionalism. I could go on....but I don't have the energy. Point is, if you're looking for a quality place to live, with a staff that appreciates your business, I would not suggest you move to a Reality Management Property.....especially if it's Potomac Heights!
