Don't move here

It looks nice from the outside. But, he only positive thing I can say is that there are no roaches here and it's never been a problem.
It's very hard to get things repaired. It takes several requests. When someone finally shows up, the job is done either in a sloppy fashion or it is done incorrectly.
When we moved in, we found the dishwasher did not work. It took months of requests before it was replaced. Then I found that it was not screwed into the counter frame properly. I had to fix this myself. My husband and I have lived here for nearly four years and the broken screen door we have complained about from DAY 1 has not been replaced.
I thought the office staff just didn't like me because I am white. Now, I realize they are extremely rude to everyone.
And get this. My husband and I have never missed a rent payment or paid late. Yet, we were sued by the apartment complex for non-payment. They checked their computers and immediately realized that they had made a mistake. So, I don't understand why or how this happened.
Most of the people who live here are good, hard working people but there a few trouble spots. The walls are paper thin. Rules are not enforced about loud music and bad behavior. Our neighbors smoke so much pot it smells up our apartment. We hear our neighbors having sex all the time. Parking rules are not enforced on a consistent basis.
The list goes on. The complex tries to keep things clean and safe but they are obviously overwhelmed in all other areas.
Don't move here.
