I would not recommend Potomac Heights Apts to anyone I didn't even care about. The management community lack quality service. It took me having to call the property management no less than 8-10 times in order for me to get a new washer machine that flooded my floor everytime I used it. The community itself is getting infested not only by stray animals but by ill-mannered, disrespectful children. There are many apartment break-ins and armed robberies, assualts committed against the tenants. I feel very unsafe but the most important issue although crime is prevalent everywhere is the management service which is extremely awful. The parking within the community is terrible and the walls & floors are very weak!! It seems that my rude neighbors are getting ready to fall through the floor into my apartment!!Unfortunately, I had to renew my lease, however as my lease renewel is surely approaching some months away I will SURELY be giving my 30 day notice.

Unfortunately, I would have to agree with this review. I too find myself in the same position; wanting to leave and having placed multiple calls for poor maintenance service. I spent almost 10 months walking up a hill because I could never get parking near my apartment entrance. To repace my stove knobs after being told my appliances would be replaced, took approximately 6 months and they didn't replace all the knobs or replace the dishwasher. Paying rent feels like a violation every month because I know I'm paying too much for the lack of service, safety, and environment.

I have to agree with every single word that the 2 tenants above mentioned. I've lived here for 8 years now and when I first moved in things were great. Then my car was broken into 3 times. I was robbed with my 2 nephews in my own apartment building after checking the mail. Maintenance is a joke and I don't know what kind of ill mannered staff they have working at the office but they are ridiculous. Thankful to the Lord's grace I have purchased my home in Alexandria and I can finally tell Potomac Heights to go to hell.
