Bad Customer Service

This apartment's management office has terrible customer service in regards to people who work in the main office and their maintenance staff. I have moved from one apartment with a ceiling that was falling in to one where the ceiling is leaking in the bathroom. NOT GOOD FOR THE PRICE OF RENT.

I agree with everything you said and probably didn't say. Thank God I moved out of there this past July into a house. I lived there for 5 years and as the years went by the problems got worse. Fortunatly I lived at the top of the hill so I didn't experience the parking issues, however maintenance was an ongoing issue for me. I had pigeon droppings all over my balcony carpet. I asked for it to be removed. Do you know when it was removed? After I moved, so they can fool the next tenant into thinking it's all good. When you do get your chance to move, try to do it all in one day. Because it took me a couple of days to get everything the maintenance men were in there smoking and eating. I had not even turned in my keys yet. Pray and get out of there A.S.A.P......Good luck to you.
