Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2005
I've lived here for a number of years and seen it rise and fall. To its credit the exterior premises are getting a much need renovation. The interior are still in need of improvement.
The management staff is not the worst I've experienced, but they are not customer (resident) friendly. Issues that should be resolved with a phone call seldom are. While they are in the business of leasing housing to its residents, you sometimes made to feel unwanted.
