I am a former Potomac Heights resident. I was there for only a year. My complaint is in regards to the Rental Office. My lease was approaching its end. I had no intentions of renewing my lease. I notified the leasing office 4 months prior to expiration of my rental agreement. I was informed at that time that my lease had been automatically renewed by the rental office. I was informed a letter was placed under my door; and the leasing office had received no response from me. So, as a result they took the liberty to renew my rental agreement. This was bs because I never received a letter from the rental office. I was in and out of Landlord Tenant Court fighting this. My rental payment history with the fabuless Potomac Heights Apartment Community; was and still is impeccable. Needless to say the entire episode was a headache and exhausting. If you see an advertisement for Potomac Heights; turn the page! Calculating moves like this questions the integrity of the people you are doing business with. For me that speaks volumes!
