I am not a current resident but while in search of a place to call home I visited Potomac Heights. Can we say unprofessional' Upon entrance into the leasing office, the three women that were present did not stop their conversation to greet us or to simply ask "Can you give us a minute", but instead continued on chatting as if we had never entered the office.
Minutes later after they were done with their PERSONAL conversation we were then greeted with asked "Can I help you", as if they were upset that we imposed on their conversation.
The vacant unit although spacious, looked as if it had not been updated since it was built. Needless to say, that visit was very brief because we wanted to evacuate the premises before the building collapsed!!
Very unimpressed with the staff and that old a** apartment that they showed me, I'm sorry the historic unit.

I am getting ready to move to Potomac Heights. Good News - The leasing consultant informed me that they will start remodeling all apts. in Oct '07. The owners will determine which apartments they will start with first. Please let me know if the problems with safety, towing and maintenance still exist. Thank you.
