I also just moved in, and each month I have received a "FAILURE TO PAY RENT NOTICE" My rent is paid in advance and I take the receipts back to the office to show them...and nothing is done...The claim the will take care of it...It's like they don't care...I can't wait till my lease is over so I can get the heck on...If you're reading this don't move to Potomac Heights Apartment...It's not worth the headache...
Maintenance is weak, office management is weak...they need to fire everyone is there but JAMEL if I spelt that right...She's about the only one that makes an attempt to do things right..

Its amazing the reports -posted they are trying to now cheat me and another young lady a referrel fee. the office was closed the entire weekend. PISS POOR MANAGEMENT you have to make an appointment to see the mananger-classless
