The worst since moving back to the area From: blkethioameri Date posted: 12/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I wish I would have found this website before I moved here. The ratings would have played a major part in my decisionto move here. I plan on moving when my lease is up. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Nothing gets fixed on time and the maintenance workers do not want to do their jobs especially when on call. Had to get many thing replaced as soon as i moved in. This is my first apartment and now I know what to look for in an apartment. I got a letter failure to pay rent when I pay my rent through the drop off slot.
