well i have lived there since the end of feb... as far as roaches i think it may depened on the people living in the building, my apt is ALWAYS CLEAN...yet i continuously see roaches. the people underneath me are trifiling and dirty and gross. the kids are always leaving their trash in the hallways. they are supposed to be coming again to fumigate the entire building...mind you they already did my apartment and my neighbors apartment too.. maybe you should ask to see the actual apartment and maybe some of the people who live in that building are around so you can ask them how the building is as a whole.

I just moved in on the 19 of August and so far I have not had any problems with the exception of the rental office being so with responding to my request. Like the other tenant said I think it depends on the people living in your building and they are also right when they say that you should ask people in the neigborhood what they think about the community. The building that I live in is very quiet and I haven't seen any trash or anything in the halls.

I just moved in last month and I really like my place. My building is very quiet and clean for the most part. I am seeing too many roaches. I had my place exterminated and I am still seeing them. I will continue to have the exterminator come every week until I don't see any. I don't know how my neighbors live but I am really beginning to wonder. : )

I have been in this community for a month, I also have 2 friends who live in different areas of the community. I have not expereinced any problems with bugs, mice, trash, or noise...if you decide to move to the community, I would suggest you move to the side of the street where the rental office is located. That portion of the property seems to be kept up better than the opposite side of the street. Even with the issues with the staff I would surely recommend this property over forest creek or park berkshire any day. The aparetments are large, safe, quiet, and newly rennovated.
