From day one I had problems. Management repeatedly gave me wrong information including giving away two apt units that were supposed to be on hold for me. They lost my original application and never found it. The staff blames each other when there is a problem - no one ackknowledges a mistake. After the fire in Dec 08, I was displaced. I was out of town when it happened - no one even called me. I drove up in front of the building and that's how I found out I had no where to sleep that night! Just awful. When I confronted mgmt when the office finally reopened that Monday, they acted like it was no big deal and didn't even offer phone numbers to the Red Cross, local hotels - nothing. I was on my own. Same goes for maintenance - nothing ever gets fixed. I don't even think the requests are passed to the staff. My first renovated apt was actually nice but in a rush to put me in another apt after the fire - no new carpet (stains everywhere), no painting, not cleaned well at all. I saw the apt that morning still with the previous tenants (who broke the lease for pretty obvious reasons) trash in it, they "shampooed" the carpet and gave me keys at 4 p.m. IF YOU DON'T MIND DRAMA FROM MANAGEMENT - THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! THEY SUCK!!!!

I lived at (Formely Potomac Heights) for five years. Management was poor then. I wish you the best and hope you are able to find a new home.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. I am presently living there now and everything seems to be okay for the most part. I don't need to call management for much. I have a newly renovated apartment. But when my lease is up I am moving due to the roaches. I cannot take it.

When I saw the apartment I immediately said a prayer for all of you who once lived there. I am so sorry that the management didnt care enough to put you in a nicer apartment. I'm glad that you are moving into a nicer apartment. No one deserves to have roaches as roommates!

Glad you told me about this place, the leasing consultant was very nice showed me the nice new renovated apt. told me it was a quite place to live, that she lives there and is very pleased with the unit she has. Her place is not renovated but she says she loves it do not plan on moving.
