I have lived here for a few months and I should have walked away as soon as Management tried to tell me I requested a unit on the ground floor. They told me I would live on the same side as the leasing office (nicer side) but they lied and tried to make me take a different unit but I refused. They have horrible personalities and dont know your name unless you come in the office complaining about roaches and mice! Luckily I dont have a pest problem (yet) but I saw a mouse by my neighbors door. To make matters worst the parking here sucks! People speed around the corners just barely hitting your car and the trash cans block oncoming traffic. When I moved in my door looked like it was kicked in and my lock broke because of it. It took me almost a week to get a new door! I have a neighbor who plays music so loud that my window blinds shake and shatter! There are unsavory kids walking around at all times of the day and night and management does nothing about it. I hate this place and would not recommend it to the lowest income family. I am so glad my lease is almost up. It is affordable but trust me, you get what you pay for. Suck it up and pay 300 extra bucks to live somewhere nicer. Oh yeah, this place was "renovated" but my walls are falling from my ceiling and one of the eyes on the stove have been out since I moved here and NO ONE has come to fix it! Crappy! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
