Q: Potomac Heights, MD Security
A: Last summer, cars were broken into just about every night. The security guard that drives around would usually be in some females apt, tryin to get his groove on. Apts were broken in to all the time, especially in the 900's. I never saw any roaches or mice in my apartment. But mgmt is HORRIBLE and safety is a major concern. Run, not walk!!!

Q: Remington Place
A: They only look to see if you have any breaks in you lease or any judgements or any evictions all pertaining to your rental history.. thats it... I asked that specifically when i applied for my lease because i was just starting out and my credit wasnt that good either and thats what they specifically told my they are checking you credit for and thats your rental history..
