I don't know what is going on with River Pointe Apartments. It used to be a good well kept community. It has really gone down hill in recent months. Maybe it's the new company. So far there have been two property managers fired since this new company took over, this is not a good look for this community. Just two weeks ago, trash was not picked up for a whole week.

I agree someone broke into my vehicle last week! I use to think the neighborhood was ok but now i'm having second thoughts. I often see the security guard walking around but they need to have someone there throughout the night. I also notice how people just walk threw the building that don't even live their. I guess they are using someone else code to get in.

I incurred a problem trying to move in, because they changed management staff so the new mgmt. couldn't find my paper work and told me my apt was occupied, but once they finally found my paper work they told me the unit was not occupied and I could still move in, now that I'm there it's okay, so far so good, but it's still too early to tell..
