I drove through the apartment complex about three times on different occasions. I did this to investigate the high ratings that was given about this complex. And so far, This complex outrates Portabello who's going down the drain. I am an Officer who works crazy hours And when I get off from work, I would like to have my rest. based on what you stated, can the residents be that noisy and trifling at times'
