I lived at Westwood for over 2 years. It's very likely the best apt complex in the Temple Hills / Clinton area.
The bldg itself is just a 10-story L-shaped brick monolith (and there are no 'grounds' to speak of. -aside from a nice swimming pool and a dilapidated tennis court)..but the apt walls & floors are very thick (hence quiet), and the complex is nestled nicely in the back of residential neighborhood.. thus eliminating any random riff-raff from occupying or loitering on the property.

Yes, cars get vandalized every now and then (my car is quite nice and never was) and you can always get a bad neighbor who can ruin your experience (I never had any bad ones).

PROS:
- SOLID, QUIET DWELLING
- LARGE APTS..often with a nice view and patio
- LOCATED off beaten path - no random riff-raff/troublemakers on premises
- TONS OF PARKING
- FRIENDLY MAINTENANCE
- A TOUGH MGR who will kick your @SS if you get out of line (which is a GOOD THING!)
- A NICE pool
- No roaches/ants,etc. at all in my 4th floor dwelling(altho ladybugs near the window were sometimes a pain) (Note: I periodically saw an array of bugs in 1st floor hallway- (but this is a high-rise..just live on a higher floor!)

CONS:
- SUPER-STRICT parking-related policies w/ aggressive towing - KEEP your CAR registered and never forget your parking pass or you'll get towed and be out $200 like THAT
- A MGR who may not be as cordial or cheery as some want (I don't care about this..but some do)
- Visually unimpressive bldg and interior hallways w/old carpeting (ie. not a place that will impress or inflate a YUPPIES ego - rather a residence filled mostly with hard-working lower-to-middle class citizens)
- Periodic car vandalism
