Property going downhill - I don't know what is going on with River Pointe Apartments. It used to be a good well kept community. It has really gone down hill in recent months. Maybe it's the new company. So far there have been two property managers fired since this new company took over, this is not a good look for this community. Could be a lot better... I moved in the end of May 2009. They give you the sheet to fill out and send back to the rental office to let them know what needs to be fixed in your apartment. I had about 8 items that needed correcting. As of today, July 31st, NOTHING has been done. How is that??

Pretty Nice! I have lived her since Oct. 2008. The former management was pretty good...but the new management is great. They are on top of there games and the premises are always well maintained. The only problem I had was kids in the hallways. UGH! But after complaining to management they nipped

Vehicle stolen twice in same week at Westwood Pl I had the same problem in 2003 with vehicles. My vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. Geico provided a rental and they stole the rental too.
