Nice, well priced, quiet community - I have lived in Frederick for about 10 years, and decided to move into an apartment from a house. I was very skeptical of any places in Frederick because of safety issues. Some experiences - I lived on the third floor of one bedroom apartment. The apartment is about 20 years age, and the floor I lived is very creaky.
