I lived here when going to Hood. It was a nice place to live, convenient. The staff was very friendly. It is worth the money if you can afford it. The only thing I would recommend if you are going to live here is that you get fire insurance. I was in one of the three fires that have happened since they opened. The staff was very good and gave us a bigger apartment at the same rent for the rest of our lease term. The fire that I was in was not the fault of the management company, but the result of a kid playing with matches. I?ve heard similarly about the other fires. The building that burned has been updated with sprinklers I was told. Just be aware that they are wooden structures, not steel construction with wood facing.
