I have been living here for about six months now and I am very happy with everything. The cost is not bad considering a similar property in Arlington or Alexandria, VA will run between 1500 and 2000. I think 900 is very fair. Nice area and the landscaping is very well done. Parking is ample and the staff is very helpful. I will agree with the last person who posted, the buildings are wood and wood tends warp and crack. I think the actual buildings could have been done a little better.
