It was a nice place except for the maintenence. We reapeatidly told them our heat wasn?t working, so they sent someone over 4 days later. Then he said our duck tape was coming off around the unit and that we lived on the ground floor so it would never get very warm. We now have a $700.00 electric bill from the winter because it wasn?t working properly. Our fridge leaks water all over the floor. The maintenence is not very good.
