I loved it

I've lived in a lot of apartments in different states in and out of college. This was the nicest place I lived, as far as management and the way it looks. I lived in a one bedroom apartment on the bottom floor. I was lucky to have a girl above me that was quiet. The one bedroom was very small, which sucked. Other than that, I really felt like it was a wonderful home for me. No fires that I knew of---I lived there for a year and a half. The electric bill was high, but the rent was low. My electric bill was close to $200 versus the previously stated $400 and this was during the winter when it was at its coldest. It was drafty there too. Don't get your hopes up with maintenance fixing your stuff immediately because they won't. In fact, I would have to call many times to get one thing fixed...but they weren't major things anyway. That was annoying though. Once my a/c broke and it was during a very hot time of summer. That was fixed the same day, which was great. Management was the best part of this place because they're always happy and seem to really want to please their tenants. Oh, and another plus was that it was very quiet. On the weekends especially, most people seemed to vanish. Very few kids in the complex, but then I lived off 7th street and not the part by the management office.
