I have lived at these apartments for almost two years. I have managed to have a reasonable electric bill for 22 of the 24 mos while living there. The bill ranges between $25-$33 per month in the winter and summer months. Any person moving in, needs to IMMEDIATELY get on the budget billing for your electric bill. You will save $$$$.

The only complaint I have would be the awful cave crickets that come crawling up my bath tub and scare the bejesus out of me.
Yes, it can be noisy, but that is what happens when you live in an apartment area.
