The staff only posted a notice on everyones door because they didnt want to take any of the blame. They didnt want people asking for a discount because of the incident. It basicially said we have nothing to do with security, so dont ask for a refund. Maybe if they didn't let drug dealers rent their apartments, then they wouldnt have the security issue.

Actually, the person that lived there was the one doing drugs and the one who was shot and killed. Whoever told you the dealer/victim was not living in the complex is incorrect, and I have the newspaper article to prove it.

Yes, really. Staff is supposed to identify themselves and not write positive reviews for their own apartment. So much for that.
There's someone called drjones123 who went around on reviews telling people they are lying and management is great.
I was here when this happened. The notice management put on the door said they have nothing to do with what happened and are not liable. Very "comforting" indeed.
From WBAL (Baltimore): "[The dealer] started jogging toward his apartment building." (There are no other apartment complexes close by.) Then the article describes how the drug dealer stabbed the police officer. According to this report, the sale took place at the apartments and the dealer lived at the apartments. Similar accounts from other sources: From WHAG (Hagerstown): "Jurors heard how a routine undercover drug deal and arrest at the apartments at Sunset Walk turned bad in a matter of seconds..." From NBC 25 (Frederick): "It happened around 7 p.m. Wednesday night during an undercover drug deal at the Apartments at Sunset Walk."
