I have never had any trouble with management or maintance. When something breaks they come on the day it gets reported. I've lived here for 2 years. Neighbors are quiet. Best thing is when the city does fireworks you can go to the third floor and watch.

You are obviously an employee for that sh*thole... I had to wait 2 weeks for maintence to come by to fix a broken water heater. 2 weeks of calling them every single day to come out and fix it. The place is run down, old, and has changed management companies at least 4 or 5 tmes in the last year alone. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE!
