In the past 7 months since living here my car window was smashed in (as were others but offfice would never acknowldge a trend). The upstairs neighbors plugged up their toilet causing the backup to emerge from our kitchen sink flooding over onto our carpet. Two days later when matinence arrived to look at our damp carpets they said to leave the windows open and then sprayed the stained and soiled carpet with a special "odor fighting chemical". There is extreme moisture in our closet adjacent to the washer but the jantior can't figure out where the leak is coming from "just don't put anything in there". It could be the washer from 1980 or perhaps teh black mildow that has sucked in four of the tiles from our bathroom wall. Our new neighbors like to have sex on thier patio...management found it amusing since the same couple was removed from the pool last week for fornication. I'm just glad the sexual preditor moved out last week. I'm sure the third change in property management will clean everything up.
