It will cost you at least $200 just to hold an apartment (not a refundable security deposit, just a plain grab for money). Then, rent is at least in the upper 3rd of the apartments in the area. Maintenance will not fix even catastrophic problems in a reasonable amount of time (1 week and counting), such as having rain leaking around my 'floor-to-ceiling windows' (which they so prominently advertised...isn't really so wonderful when water is soaking your carpet is it'). g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
