I just moved in and it hasn't been a whole month yet. I don't think anybody "punched out" the apartment before I moved in. I have numerous problems. I rented a two bedroom but the second bedroom has closet doors rather than a real one with a lock. The maitenance here is okay, I think the two maintenance workers I've met are great people but its their management that lacking. Priority is all wrong. I had a leaking toilet in a one bathroom which wasn't priority until 24 hours later. not to mention the broken washer machine I had when I moved in and it took two weeks to replace, plus a week just to come and look at it. I gave them a chance with that one and blamed it on the snow. Oh and the snow removal took about a week, there was literally ice at my doorstep for a week. The apartment stays cold all the time, it can't be just the fireplace. I lived in a big house with a fireplace that stayed warmer than this. And the water stinks. Is it just mine or everyone else's I wonder' I never even met the Property Manager, you would think he or she would say hellp to new move ins. Do not rent here. I would suggest The Manor for cheaper living and better renovated apartments.
