I moved in about 2 years ago due to a new job in the area. I thought I was going to be getting one apartment but at the last second they pulled a bait and switch on me and now I live about 30 feet from the highway. Whenever I've had problems with the place management has been slow to respond. The Hot tub that was part of my "Ammenities Fee," has been broken for years. The equipment in the exercise center is old and out dated. The insides of the apartments haven't been updated since the late 80's all hte appliances are old. There's about a quater inch thick layer of paint on the walls. I recived a notice that I owed the landlord about 300 dollars one month. Turned out to be a clerical error. The complex had changed owners I think 3 times since I moved in, I don't even know who owns it now. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. I'm the longest lived tennent in my building save one, most of the rest have been literally evicted. I think there's about 8 people living in the 2 bedroom next door. There's often garbage left around the building. Unfortunatly I moved here from out of state with little time to find a place, this place looked really good on the surface, and I picked it.
