1.Repair work never done properly. Always have some tails left behind. They come in and fixed the air conditioner leaking problem right the way, but then left a big hole on the wall for few days before fixing it and the carpet is dried but they never nail it back to the floor.
2. Have water pouring inside to the bed room from the window during a rainy evening. Worker show up and said nothing he can do. Can't he just put a plastic sheet outside the window frame' I am sorry to bother him at late evening but it is not my fault to have a leaky window frame.
3. The only problem that the office will send worker to fix right the way is any problem related to the air conditioner. You got problem other than that, be patient.
4. The water, sewer, trash...billing system is confusing. Recently received 2 different cost for my water bille.
5. If you are single and live at this apartment, sorry you need to pay the same amount of everything like other FAMILIES...water, sewer & trash. Doesn't matter you use far less water and generate less sewer and trash.

As a previous resident, I can understand your difficulties! I am so pleased to have moved out of there! It was overpriced even many years ago, with TERRIBLE maintenance and management!

You're right, they are slow to repair small things, but they're quick in emergencies. And the water and trash charges are like $6 each. That's dirt cheap...what are you complaining about there?

Wrong, water & sewer is close to $25 a month, trash is $6. This gets added on top of your rent. And what are we all complaining about? How about a functioning unit that we paid for without waiting months and begging for things to get fixed? Sounds pretty reasonable to me.
