I've lived in a ground floor one bdrm unit for over a year here now. The apartment itself as a few little problems (cabinet doors that don't stay closed and bumpy, ill-fitted carpet), but on the whole has been a great experience. Never had a problem with any appliances, I can't hear anyone around me day or night, and the staff has been extremely helpful and friendly the whole time I've been here. Though the fitness center is small and only one of the two tennis courts has a net on it, I do use the athletic facilities a lot and have lost 20 pounds in the past year! Parking is super easy, and I can often park under a tree that provides nice shade. The complementary car wash area is very close by and I use it often. They keep the grass mowed, shrubs tended, and have even planted new flowers and other greenery recently. Many people have pets (I have cats); I see lots of dogs being walked in the evenings. The only reason I'm planning on moving is because I want to buy a house. New management recently took over...not sure how that will affect things in the future, but I've liked the experience I've had so far. Otherwise, I'd gladly stay here indefinitely.
