I lived at Apartments at the Sunset for three years. The two year stay was very pleasant. Since, the apartment turned to the new management, I had experienced the most unpleasant, and rude manager I have ever experienced. The service and the comfort and security level is drastically diminished. Now the management is good at collecting your money by any means but their service sucks.

From our vantage point, management was terrible in the past, too. We had a few good months then it was downhill from there.
