After 10 years of moving around and leasing appartments, this is the WORST of all in regards to noise!!!

The builduing has extremely poor noise insulation.
We are being wake up at 6h00 AM every morning regardless of the day of the week.

There has been 2 drug dealers evicted of this appartment complex within a year.

The police came twice for our up stairs neibor within 3 months because the couple was fighting too hard...

It is impossible to get out of your lease, unless you pay 2 months and a half of your leasing contrat (which is approximately 3000$). They really do not care about you. You cannot transfer to and other appartment before 6 month, and that is only if they let you do it.

The pool is close on Mondays. When the pool is open, it is only for restricted hours. You do have to pay for your guest to use the pool, which is absolutely ridiculous.

And much more disavantages....
Your best bet if you move to frederick, RENT A TOWN HOUSE!!!!

I find the letter writers remarks to be completely untrue. Obviously if the writer has lived in many apartments over 10 years either they have unrealistic expectations of what apartment living is like or they should not live any where where there is a chance of noise or neighbors. I too live at The Apartments At Wellington Trace and was one of the first people to move in. I live on the 2nd floor and yes occasionally I hear noise upstairs but not often and not excessive. When I lived in a house I dealt with noisy neighbors it isn't just apartments it's everywhere but if you are sensitive it will bother you! As far as the office staff they have been amazing since my time here. I see them out on the property all the time and always willing to help. The aparment I came from had the same lease breaking policy I know because I paid a fee for breaking my lease to move to Wellington Trace. And lastly the pool policy is great the pool is open from 10 to 8 pm and closed on mondays. The staff has huge parties for the residents wherein you can bring guests but for a fee of $3 which I find fair. If you go to the public pool you pay a fee why wouldn't you pay a fee to use a PRIVATE pool. I love the pool at my apartments because it is quiet and always available chairs and tables and grills. If they let anybody off the street come in I would be disappointed and probably pay the 2 1/2 month lease breaking fee to move some place else!!

I can't believe they would expect a refund if the pool water was too cold!! I am sorry but that is the most ridiculous statement I have ever heard. That sounds like someone who just likes to complain about everything. My advise get a life!!!

HELLO!!! The drug dealers were evicted!! Doesn't that tell you that they are paying attention and care about who is living there?

I agree it's not perfect here, but where is? BTW...the pool is open everyday this year. They had a party again, but I didn't go. I could hear the DJ though. That kinda pissed me off, but then I saw the people having fun and got over it.
