I moved in 2 months ago after searching the Frederick area for an apartment that would be convenient for both my girlfriend and I. I commute to Baltimore she to D.C. This has been the best solution to our commuting nightmare. Each morning we leave at the same time stop for coffee then I jump on 70 she 270. We beat all the traffic coming from the west side of town! The highways are less than 2 miles from our apartment how perfect it has been. We have made alot of new friends in our community ( we are new to Frederick) The office staff has been very helpful in getting us acclomated to the area. It definitely has been like family. I love it here. It is very quiet no traffic great views. Our apartment is over 1100 sq ft. which is great for us and we pay $1200 a month. That is a bargain compared to what we were paying for a 1 bedroom in Germantown. I definitely recommend this community if you are looking for a great place and an easier commute.
