I moved in 6 months ago and was lead to believe that this was a quiet well maintained area that did a thorough check of those allowed in. Well please let me share with you my experience at this place. Noise at all hours of the day and night, loitering in front of buildings, if they can't get in to the secured building no bother they will just break the glass! The police are here all the time, last weekend the tenants above me decided to throw a party when they were done they used their balcony to dispose of beer bottles, lawn chairs, food and cigarette butts!! I feel like I am living on Hillcrest again. The office does nothing about the problems, the manager is new and acts as if he does not have a clue what is going on here. My rent is going up $60 per month and the living conditions are going down hill. I will be looking elsewhere to live.
