Well I've read all the entries so far and am suprised. I've lived here almost two years and think it's a great place. The apartments are nice and if you compare square footage, are the biggest in Frederick...and if you calculate out the cost per foot, it's very comparable in price to similar properties in the area.

The grounds are well kept, the building are kept clean. There has been no problems in my building with "everyone" having access...the management cannot control a resident giving out there to code to everyone they know.

I rarely hear any of my neighbors - some of that is expected in an apartment, but it's much less than any other apartment I've lived in.

One review referred to the manager as "she" and in the two years I've known about this property, there has never been a female manager. So do they really know about this complex'

All though it's seldom needed, the staff has responed quickly to all issues and resolution has been great.

There is a problem with dog poop on the grounds, but there are doggie stations all around the complex with free poop bags and trash recepticles for use in picking up your dogs poop. So while there could be a better effort to clean it up, the complex does provide sufficient tools to resolve the problem and have sent out several notices addressing the issue.

Although, I do have to agree with older women in the office dressing very unprofessionally and being loud and unprofessional. That's embarrassing.

Hmmm, sounds like an employee that doesnt like the boss. Bet its the younger hooker that use to work in the office, that slept with most of the residents husbands, INCLUDING MINE
