When I first came to Wellington I thought it was very nice. The staff seemed friendly and helpful and the grounds looked well kept. That was before I signed my lease. I first resided on the second floor. But I have two small children and my downstairs neighbors complained to the office every day. They have no sound insulation. You hear every foot step. If someone raises their voice an octive you'll hear it. So I moved to a ground level. This apartment is much smaller but I pay the same amount.(over priced) I have huge spiders, crickets, and other bugs. The rental office never transfered my paper work from one apt to the other. I had to fight with the utility companies b/c they were charging me for both apts. It is four months later and I am still having issues with the paper work and still have not received a copy of my new lease. I have called them numerous times in regards to these issues. I hate living here and am trying to find a way to break the lease without hurting my credit and so I can receive my deposit back. DID I MENTION MY YARD IS THE LOCAL STOP FOR ALL THE DOGS!!!! I CAN'T EVEN USE MY YARD.
