I lived there for four years and it was very nice. Clean, quite and comfortable. The best part is the location south of town away from all the hassel and traffic. I never had any problems with the apartment that were not fixed ASAP. The keyless entry system is great. The pool and work out area were always in good shape. The only bad things are the staff and the water. The water sucks but it is the same in the whole New Design area and anywhere south of 70. The staff in the office has a high turn over rate and there is always alot of confusion about rates and lease renewals are usually late. Don't take anything for granted get everything in writting in case the staff changes. I moved about two miles north and I really miss the place.

I agree. The maintenance is great which is why I rent. There is turn-over. For months they kept saying I owe them more money every months but that's because they didn't update their system. It's pretty pricey to live there but the elementary school nearby is great. The neighborhood is quiet. I heard there was a drug bust there once but haven't heard anything since then.

Interesting that you actually miss the place. I'm moving from Elmwood Terrace which is horrible.
