I have been here for several years and mangement changes often. They are not personalable. Is hard to get to know someone. Maintenance is unskilled. NOt family friendly. I do not recommend. Too expensive for what you get. I have I seen more police in the last six months then I have seen in the last 3 years.

I agree with the comments about the mangement. They are very unpersonalable and the "boss" doesnt really care about the residents just himself and money. Maintenance are friendly but never really seem to fix what is wrong when you ask them to. It is way too expensive to live here and they love to raise the cost, which forces people to move (which is why you cant get to know anyone). Ive lived here for 2 years and this is the couple of months for me! However, the only reason the person above sees the police more often is because 2 county officers live here and a couple of state unmarked. We did have an incident where Fred. Co killed one of the neighbors, but that was a terrible misfortune that could have happened anywhere, had nothing to do with the apt complex. All in all, Im ready to leave after 2 years!
